Larsen's Big cat tea party

This September, you are invited to take part in Larsen's Big Cat Tea Party! A fun and flexible fundraising campaign for adults and children alike, and an opportunity to #eatcakeforLarsen whilst raising vital awareness of children's brain tumours and money to support children facing this dreadful disease.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

This is an international campaign to raise awareness of childhood cancer and advocate for the youngest victims of the disease. Here at Larsen's Pride, we want to make sure people are talking about, thinking about and acting on childhood brain tumours.

September is Larsen's birthday month

Every year, we remember and celebrate Larsen in September, the month of his birthday, with our Big Cat Drop. This annual event sees the charity donating beautiful Jellycat big cats to treatment centres in England and Wales, to be handed out to children on diagnosis of a brain tumour. Last year, we also started #eatcakeforLarsen and many children across the country enjoyed a slice of cake for Larsen on his birthday.

This year, we wanted to make one SUPER September and bring these events together. Larsen's Big Cat Tea Party was born! 

The idea is simple. Host your own big cat themed tea party, cake sale or baking competition all whilst celebrating Larsen's birthday, increasing awareness of brain tumours for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and raising money for our Big Cat Drop.
